Procedure to Open a Country for Healthy Coffee USA

1. Appoint a contact person who will be the point man in the country.

2. Find out:
- How to register co.: Healthy Coffee (your country) Ltd, or Inc.
- How to register the products
- Import duties & taxes
- Get requirements and cost.

3. Set sales leadership team and establish projections.
a. Meet with leaders, investors and prospective distributors. Have a minimum of 10 Founders committed, and signed up.
b. Proceed to register Healthy Coffee, products, and work on labeling requirements.
c. Have Founders signed up.

4. Look for small office/warehouse.

5. Set up office.

6. Set budget for operations and sales.

7. Open bank acct.: operations acct and commission acct.

8. Schedule meetings, trainings, and set pre launch date.

9. Pre launch event

10. Regular conference calls.
